Abstract:	El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Cultura Tributaria y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en la empresa Construcciones Delheal” tiene por objetivo principal analizar la relación de la Cultura Tributaria y las obligaciones tributarias porque es un tema de suma importancia en estos tiempos, otro de los objetivos es hacer de conocimiento y participación a los distintos contribuyentes los temas de cultura tributaria, al contar con esta información, podrán realizar una mejor planificación fiscal y evitar las sanciones previstas por la Administración Tributaria. Esto se debe a que sabrán cómo se utilizan sus impuestos y cuán importantes son estos impuestos.
